- At least 5 years of proven experience in high-end kitchens.
- Professional experience in a restaurant awarded at least one Michelin star.
- Proven experience in at least 10 services as a personal chef for high-profile clients such as entrepreneurs, celebrities or members of the nobility.
- Certifiable references from previous customers or employers in the gastronomy sector.
- Professional culinary certifications from internationally recognized schools.
- Culinary specializations in international or niche cuisines, with a focus on high quality and innovation.
- Experience in serving exclusive clients and managing luxury private events.

Appreciated Requirements
- Michelin stars obtained during his career.
- International awards as the best chef in global rankings (e.g. 50 Best Restaurants).
- Collaborations with starred chefs or world-famous restaurants.
- Author of award-winning books or culinary publications .
- Creating signature dishes served in world-class restaurants.
- Gambero Rosso awards or other equivalent awards for culinary excellence.
- Experience as executive chef in restaurants with 3 Michelin stars.
- Proven experience in managing private events and large-scale dinners.
Selection Stages
Phase I
Candidacy
Each application must be accompanied by all the mandatory certificates required in the form, as well as curriculum vitae, references, photos and past menus.
Phase II
Evaluation and Control
All references provided are carefully checked and verified through a process that involves direct contact with previous clients and employers. Each reference is confirmed and evaluated on the basis of the quality and context of the services offered.
Phase III
Interview with the Selection Team
Candidates who pass the referral stage are invited to an in-depth interview with our selection team, where interpersonal skills, the ability to understand the client’s needs and the attitude of discretion, which is essential for working with high-profile families, are assessed.
Phase IV
Practical test
Demonstration of skills under pressure.
The test assesses not only the technique and quality of the dishes, but also creativity, time management and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards.
Phase V
Customer Rating
Only the best, who access this phase, are placed in a field trial period, where they work in real contexts with selected customers. During this time, they are evaluated for their ability to adapt quickly, professionalism, and ability to handle complex requests.
Phase VI
Entry into the Elite
Only after successfully passing all the previous stages, and receiving excellent ratings from clients and supervisors, is the candidate accepted as an official personal chef. Joining the team represents the achievement of a level of excellence reserved for very few, and guarantees a path of growth within an exclusive circuit.

You have not demonstrated the ability to maintain standards of excellence under pressure or in high-demand contexts.
You have never managed the preparation of personalized menus for customers with specific needs such as special diets, allergies or food intolerances.
You do not have an in-depth knowledge of raw materials and do not know how to recognize and select excellent suppliers.
